At South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center we pride ourselves in being able to provide the best experience absolutely possible for our guests. Not only can we offer endless shopping and dining possibilities through the Town of Buckeye but we also like to host exclusive vendors and offer access to top notch service providers from around the state and country during our world class events.

Products & Services approved via application through South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center Management are permitted on the grounds only. This includes ALL farriers, vets, chiropractors and therapy or services of equine or human sort.

South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center are interested in reputable vendors who can provide products or services specific to the needs of our guests.

All vendors must provide South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center with a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming “South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center” as additional insured. The policy coverage must be no less then $1,000,000.

Vendors & Service Providers MUST check in at the South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center Business Office to provide these documents prior to set up or before any service is provided.

Vendors please contact the South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center Business Office for Vendor Rates. Rates are subject to change based on the event.

Vendors with RV’s need to make RV reservations through the South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center.

The South Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center reserves the right to reject and or approve any and all vendors or service providers. Failure to abide by the above terms and conditions will result in immediate “black listing” from the facility.
